Louise Close appointed as parish clerk and RFO
After a competitive interview process, we are delighted to confirm that Louise Close has been appointed as the new clerk and responsible financial officer (RFO) for Kettlewell with Starbotton parish council. Louise who lives in Starbotton, is a CiLCA qualified clerk. As well as having been clerk/ RFO in Kettlewell previously, Louise is clerk/ RFO for Ilkley, Grassington and Buckden councils.
